My company has used Fleming & Stein for over 3 years now. However; we placed an account with them on January 6, 2015 in the amount of 1,979.31. Our client that owed paid them directly within 3 business days with the link that Fleming & Stein provided to them. Now Fleming & Stein refuses to pay us our collected funds. My rep was Thomas Williams; with the financial side being Mr. Micheal Maddox. After several e-mails Mr. Williams assured me payment would be sent; he now refuses to answer the phone or return e-mails. Mr. Williams said the hold up was that they have to wait for a possible chargeback on the card. However, they are the ones that sent the link for payment to begin with.
I then looked them up and see that they are NOT registered as a company with the Secretary of State's office; they are not listed with the BBB. I then saw that their company pops up on the Rip Off Report website. I have hired a new collection agency; and when they have called the "house" that they call their office; a partially English speaking lady answers and says that there is not a business there.
Buyers beware. I thought these guys were good and professional. Now I would just like my money for a job that we did back in September.

We sent the inital report below. However, we sent them to collectiosn to get our money back, and evidently they use false names and a fake address. They will keep your money.
