Flex card Program When I filed for this credit card I was told I was approved for a 1000.00 dollars all i had to do was make a payment of 69.00 and i would have my card in 10-14 days, when I didn't recieve the card delray beach, Florida

The flexcard company is a fraud I was suspossed to have my card 2 weeks ago and my money refunded a week ago! I wanted this card for christmas shopping and now I don't know what I am going to do... I filled for the card the first of november and still I have not recieved it and now i am going through a dispute through my bank hoping they can help me get my money back.
