Flex Card Program Flexcardprogram.com, whitediamondcards.com Approved for a line of credit for a Visa card and took the activation fee and disappeared Boca Raton, Florida

I applied for a Visa card on their website on November 7th for my father and myself. We paid $100 each as an activation fee and charge. On November 21 we received an email saying the "card Processing" center was running behind schedule and to expect the new card between 12/1 and 12/6. Obviously this is not normal and made me concerned so i called the company to check the status and get more info.

The agent advised that the company they use to actually make the physical card was behind the delay. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow the extra time for card delivery, which is now going on a full month since the time i was approved for the card. More time has passed and its not December 7th and no card. In addition to that all of sudden the phone numbers do not work, they ring to busy.

Also when trying to contact them by email you don't get anything but the generic canned response to call the customer service number. Which you cannot do since the phone number no longer works. I have been trying to call them for several days and have been sending several emails for several days and have NOT received one response. If i dont get an immediate refund of the up front cost/charges i am going to file a claim with the bank and issue further complaints on-line.
