Flex Card Program offered me a $1000 with a deposit of $69, I was appoved and offered another $1000 for $29 NO CARD EVER CAME Boca Raton, Florida

I received an offer for $1000 card with a deposit $69 which would be refunded to me after they received 3 payments on time. I was approved and offered another $1000 for a $29 deposit. I accepted that offer and was told my card would arrived 12/21.

On 12/21, I received a call from an unknown number calling in behalf of Flex Card. He tells me that Flex Card was having some distribution problems and they wish to refund my deposits if I would provide him my credit card that was used for the initial deposit. I asked him why he didn't know the card on file and he told me that his company was working with Flex Card to offer the refunds and that information was not available to him. I told him a I would give it a little longer and see if the card was lost in the Christmas mail. He offered me a customer service number, 561-859-0262 to call if I had not received it in a few days.

I had wrote down the number from the web site when I applied for the card, which was 561-921-2600. I called that number and they said their offices were currently closed. I didn't think anything of it because it was the week of Christmas.

A week later on 12/28, I received a call again from an unknown number and it was the same man. He asked if my card was received and offered again to refund the deposit if I would give him my credit card number. I told him to have Flex Card reissue the card that it must have been lost in the mail.

I haven't heard from them since. When you call either number, you get the same recording that the office is currently closed. I kept the original e-mail and the link listed on that e-mail is no longer found.
