flexcard FlexCard Program Company scammed me of 69 dollars & my husband as well. RIP OFF for sure!!!!! boca raton, Florida

I'm so pissed off right now. In fact I have been pissed off since Nov 3, 2011. I was applying for a loan  and a pop up from flex card appeared. It read I could be approved for up to a 10,000 credit line in which I thought this was a perfect opportunity considering I lost my job & was trying to figure out how I was gonna do thanksgiving for my family. I called the flex comp on the 16th of Nov to inquire about the card. The rep stated there had been a delay and I would receive the card before thanksgiving. Perfect I thought. Well Thanksgiving had come and gone. Here we have Christmas approaching now. I called back the ending of Nov and was told the card had been mailed out either that thursday or friday. The rep couldnt even give me an exact day of it being mailed. I asked for a supervisor. The rep stated supervisor was on the floor so I told him I would hold. As I was holding the rep indicated the supervisor would tell me the same thing and that I should receive my card for sure on that friday. If you dont receive it please call back on Mon. I called back on Mon the phone lines were down (wow) yeah the recording stated the phones would be done from Dec 12th - Dec 16th. I called on the 17th  during the time the office should have opened and everyday since then. Wouldnt you know it. The recording is still saying the office is closed @ 9am. I have made contact with my bank & I have done the necessary paperwork to try to get my money back. 69 dollars is alot when you dont have a job. If anyone can think of any other actions I can take in trying to get my money back please let me know. Im willing to do anything to get these horrible people back!!!!!!!
