Well, I got a gift from my parent for graduate high school in 2005 a 2004 Range Rover I was the first in the famil. I had it for couple year in till the economy got bad and I had a part time job & going to school and the car was paid of full, so i Decided to down grade and get a small car so I can safe money. So I went to Florida fine car I was interested in a 2012 Honda civic si I took for a test drive meanwhile it get evaluated to see how much I'm going to get so it came to $10,000.

I get in and do credit check and every else they check for i set down and waited to respond back they said i had bad credit I understand that so I was about to leave he said you want to look less expensive car cuz I had no money for down payment. I look thru there in inventory I liked it another car I rejected cuz it was crash not once but twice a Honda Accord keep looking and saw a Toyota corolla I don't see any accident ask to see it and it was nice and decent i ask him how much it will be monthly with my trade in went back inside they check and say $330 monthly I was thinking to my self is to high he said after you pay your down payment of the car it will go down by $100. For me sound it good cuz I get payed 300 weekly so i went it. We used the Toyota to get my title for my car, Ronald was the saleman and he put gas on the car when going to back. here come something I shold of pick up so they use my old job I had that I used to tow cars the company close and use my current job Too it was Tj maxx they said it was for the bank, then they give me a check to sign so the bank see I put a down payment of 3,000 I never had in me then they tell me when the bank calls remember to say I work for victor towing & Tj maxx and I put down payment. They call like two days later just to verified some info ok no problem, I tell them name , address, phone , when working I told them Tj maxx.

2 month later I ask Santander when my bill going to go down they tell me no sir is not going to be, so on my day off I go back to Check was going on he wasn't there I go again in the morning he tells me it take time. I keep going every other day to check on the status co worker and management tell me something new everyday I go to the office. In till my car got repo for the first they tell me they tell me your trade in was never in the system they had sold the car I'm stuck with a full payment and basically i gave a car for free and they say they never had a car there for a trade in. I contact everyone to help me out With this problem BBB they still trying figure it out , I contact FBI fraud departmen , i can't get a lawyer cuz I dont have money for that and I'm seriously not going to let this go so easily my parent work to hard for that
