Florida Gunworks Joke Of A Company! Jerked around, stalled and lied to. Miami Florida

Ordered on January 29, 2005- stock set for rifle. Ordered placed, confirmation received credit card billed. Numerous phone calls, e-mails and CERTIFIED, NOTARIZED letters unanswered. FINALLY on April 15 package arrives Fed-Ex with WRONG PART. Phone number listed on package. Called repeatedly until a human being answered. Spoke to "Amanda" who said company is undergoing massive changes and personnel shifts... DUH!!! Was told part I ordered was placed on back order. No explanation as to why I was not notified and no explanation as to why my letters and calls went unanswered.

I demanded a refund and received a check in the mail the next week for the full amount. Fed-Ex has yet to come to the house to pick up the errant part. Have copies of all e-mails, letters and dates of phone conversations and messages. Suggest anyone with difficulties speak to "Amanda" at 305-207-7100. If you get voice mail system or automated attendant hang up and call back. They will eventually answer the line!
