Florida GunWorks Lies; VERY VERY BAD product misrepresentation Miami Florida

Ordered a HK91 parts kit. Listed as complete, less receiver, included new US made stock/handguard/grip and new US made barrel. It was listed as Good to Very Good condition. When it arrived it was crap. Not only was it beat to crap and covered in rust it was missing major components.

I recongized the yellow sticker that FAC uses to tag their products so I looked up the product label on FAC's website. It was their product and they listed it correctly. Their description said missing major parts and listed the missing parts. The parts they listed as missing were the ones missing from the kit FGW. FAC listed it as poor condition.

When I emailed them and threatened a chargeback they said they would send me what parts I need and they believed they listed the condition right and cited the grading standards. The standards were NRA's grading standards for antiques (pre 1890s). This was a modern gun.

I wanted them to take it back but they charge a restocking fee but paying them a restocking fee would be like paying them for lieing about their product. Not gonna happen. They also said that a chargeback would void any return rights and they would charge me a fee for doing it.

Granted I have bought a good product from them once, I still recommend that NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are better companies out there.
