 Do Not allow this company to assume your insurance policy from Citizens. They have bad communication practices. Just try calling them. Look at the other reviews online. They blame this on state policy. The policy makers are involved in the insurance business, of cousre. I had others I know get thier policies transfered to them form citizens and the rates went up 80%. The can not quote youa rate until you switch, like giving them a blank check. After youfind out you were screwed you can not go back to citizens. Yes all inusrance companies suck, it is the top 3 scams we have going in the country. I prefer to pay less for bad service and citizens is the cheapest. Don't fall for the better service and coverages. You know when it comes time to collect they will stick it to you like they did to others.
