Florida Water Testing Inc represented themselves from the state of FL and said they could give us 60% off prices because they were from the state.
They sold us a pool purification system and RO system and A/C air purification system and ultra violet light on the welll system. The salesman was very good and said the money we saved on chlorine and bottled water we could make a payment to them for less money. After three hours of selling to us the installer arrived within one hour on a Friday Eve about 6:30 pm. After the installer left my husband noticed that he installed the unit so that sewer gases would go back into our home and there was a water leak under the cabinets. He also installed a 3/4" device into a 1 in line for the ultraviolet light. The system was inspected by a master plumber and he said it was not to codes at all. They were to come back after the wkd and install the A/C and pool purification system but we had canceled our contract and are trying to get license and insurance information from them . We haven't been able to find anything legal on them.

First they get Mr. "I haven't seen the install" waterpro, that knew exactly how it was installed, and works for them, to tell you that you don't know what you're talking about and then picks at your name, but the big finish is Mr. customer service himself, Andrew to call you names. What a great company to recommend to your friends and neighbors.
One more complaint and I think there will be a name change.

You know something, I was raised to be honest with people and to never lie, extend the truth in any way and help people the best that I can. Hotels, Homes, Condo Buildings and many other people get the same thing you did. All you did was hurt your pocket book.. I have never in the 4 years of doing this had someone go on line and say I was from the state. How dare you even say someting which is not even tape recorded, and say I would give you 60% off because I was with the state!! I was doing you a favor because you said you couldn't AFFORD what the equipment goes for. I'm sick to my stomach at such bull crap. Your kitchen looked like you haven't cleaned it in 5 years. The equipment that you can't afford would of helped you and your family have a much improved lifestyle water wise. No more adding chlorine to the pool. I have number of friends that are in the pool business and say that our pool chlorinater is one of THEEEEE best. You and your family do not deserve such a great deal after saying such crap which you can't prove. I never ever ever ever say I'm with the state. Try cleaning your ears once in a while and you will HEAR what people say. I cant believe what I just read. You have to live with your lies. Karma will come back to you in the way you wrote this crap. Second, what equipment did you use to measure the Invisible gasses?.... None. You make me sick. If your husband was so good at knowing all of this, you would of had the correct equipment to begin with. I tried to do you and your family a FAVOR. People like you make honest hard working businesses go through so much shi_____! Like I said, Everyone I have ever helped never said anything like this, because they are not trying to get some money from every which way they can. I moved back to ohio for some family issues and I read this.. real nice. Hope your much more confident in your life now. Thats what I get for trying to help someone who couldnt afford a little over a dollar a day.

I haven't seen the install. But chances are good that it was done correctly. Your MASTER plumber failed to recognize that the drain line was installed ABOVE the trap, therefore eliminating the chance of gases backflowing into the unit. And as far as the ultra-violet which you refer to as (device); reducing pipe diameter is not uncommon practice. and if you had a leak under your sink, why didn't you immediately call the company. Or did you just add a little something extra to your complaint? One other thing. You mention your (husband) in your letter. But the letters author is Rick? Who's he? the so-called master plumber.
