Floridaway Dream Escape ripoff Largo Florida

I received a phone call from the above company. During the conversation I told them I did not want their product. She asked me for my bank account number and was told four time not to bill my account.

I received the package on June 13, 2006, immediately called both numbers and cancelled the package. I was told I had seven days to cancel with no obligation on my part.

On June 20, 2006 $149.00 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. When I called them they played the initial conversation for me with my mother-in-law and wife listening. Both heard me tell her I did not want the package, and to not pull any money from my account.

I went to their web site which is www.agentescape.com called the phone number given and was told I had 14 days to review the package, can cancel within the 14 days and owe nothing. I spoke with Samantha Rosa. She stated that if even late cancelling the money will be returned. The conversation was recorded.
