Took car to Flow Mini Cooper in Winston-Salem to have service in panel light turned off.
I was charged $120 to have light turned off, well is came back on the next day. Flow Mini Cooper then decided they wanted $1,600 to turn the light off. They refused to refund the $120 that was paid for poor quality work that fixed nothing.
Also tried to suggest that I have $3,200 in uneeded repairs done. Stay away from this place, they are dishonest people and they know it.
You might also want to look at their misleading reviews of themselves on their website. Funny how you can not put a review on their website, only customers that bought a car and they must give them the review when they buy the car, not when the problems show up.
