FMW Laboratories I ordered a Free Trial offer on 6/24/09 for .99 and 19 days later I was charge $87.13 Hollywood Florida

I ordered a Free Trail for .99 received the product in an envolope without any type of paperwork thought that was odd. Then on 7/13/09 I was charged $87.13.

I immediately called the company and was on hold for a very long time and finally someone answered that did not speak very good english, that person kept telling me I signed up for the monthly charge of $87.13 because I didn't call up to cancel my membership, when you are filling out the form for the Free Trail there is no where on that form that says you are signing up for a membership and that you have to cancel after 15 days.

I kept stressing to this person to credit my account immediately and that they did not have authorization to charge my account, this lady finally agreed to cancel my account and I asked for a copy of the cancellation faxed to me and she told me she did not have access to a fax. So I asked for an email stating my account was cancelled she said she would email a copy haven't received the email yet.

I called my bank as soon as I got off the phone with FMW and my bank was well aware of this company and closed my account right away. The bank told me to do what the company advised me to which was return the product to them using their RMA# that they issued and they would credit my account in 5 to 10 days. The bank said they will see if the company tries to issue a credit or not and then I could file a dispute and not be charged the $87.13, I have also stopped payment on the $87.13.
