FNANB, Circuit City FNANB, Illegal Practices Misrepresented People Destroyed Credit History Destructive Business Practices to Consumers Ripoff Kennesaw Georgia

BEWARE!!!!!!

Avoid FNANB at all costs. After purchasing a computer through circuit city, all hell broke loose with this company. False claims of attorneys, judgements made against me months, even close to a year after payments have been made regularly, now they say I shouldnt be paying them but their attorneys who are now handling the case, (keep in mind most of them acting on the attorneys part are actually bill collectors, not attorneys.) After 16 months of on-time payments and impecible history with them they tell me that payments should have been made to the attorneys office in charge with interest and attorneys fees. I have never dealt with a company as irresponsible as FNANB, this corporation borders fraudulant and I can not believe that circuit city could have dealt with such a company. Charge-offs on my credit card, and a lack of communication on their part has made this a continuous merry-go-round. Now MY attorneys are involved and still no agreement on any terms. My attorneys have stated they have never seen such an irresponsible group of individuals whos careless freedoms are destroying consumers ratings across the board. Anyone reading this please stay away, and I offer this - ONLINE FOR ALL TO SEE - anyone from FNANB to challenge me on these issues go right ahead, as your time and place has come as with these forums you have been exposed to the truth. From your supervisors right on up through the corporate ladder, your company is taught immoral, misinformed information, and to keep cases unresolved as long as p;ossible at the consumers expense. I've been a member of your for over two years now, and even after my attorney's have stepped in, still no resolve to this issue.
