I ordered the "free" trial on 05/20/2016 and was charged $2.97 on that date.  On 07/04/2016 I was charged an additional $90.69.  According to UPS tracking number 92748999916741543475342912​ a shipping label was created on 05/20/2016, but the package was not delivered to UPS until 06/07/2016, 3 days after the 14 day trial period ended.  it was delivered in 4 days. It must have been "lost" in your warehouse for 19 days! 

I was charged the full amount before the product was ever shipped, thus not allowing a "trial" of the product or an opportunity to cancel.

it would appear that this company thrives/survives on the initial trial order, making sure that you do not receive the product until the 14 day trial is over. 

Since I used a debit card instead of a credit card I could not dispute the transaction.

I received a form letter from nutria Focus saying that they were very sorry but I had not cancelled within the first 14 days and there was nothing that they could do about it. They did offer a token $30 inconvenience rebate out of the $90 I already spent. Which I refused. It was obvious that they were not going to do anything. So I called customer service. JV read the terms of service to me and clearly stated that regardless of when I receive the product I did not cancel within the 14 days, even though I could prove that the item was still in their warehouse and had not been tendered it for shipping. At this point I am left no other recourse than to contact my bank and have the charges reversed.
