I agree 100% and want to add a few things.  This company offers no benefits and the ones they do offer are so overpriced that n one can afford them.  You can have health insurance if you want to lose half of each paycheck.  If you ask for a raise you have to beg and then wait for weeks to see if it went through. (which it never does) They spend 100's of dollars a month on so-called "bonus" prizes for each department. When it's time to cash in your bonus points, you are told someone else already spoke for it.  So basically, too bad for you.  But management's favorite employees always seem to be carrying out everything they want!  Someone actually had the courage to write about the hiring practice for management on the blogspot.  Everyone had a good laugh over it because it was all true!  The only way to advance is to be someone's buddy.  It's like a popularity contest.  No one actually earns a spot in management.  Good people are constantly passed over because someone else wanted the job that "sucks-up".  This place is truly a joke
