Arizona Discount Mover has successfully completed over 500,000 moves in the past 32 years while achieveing the highest rating possible with the Arizona BBB. The accusations from Jean are baseless to say the least. This company has no hidden fees for anything that we do. Jean became upset at the beginning of her move when she wasnt giving a senior discount (must be 50 and older). The following day she called and wanted a refund ($60.00)for fish that she claimed spoiled during her move, I explained that the company will only transport such items at owners risk (this is stated on the bill of lading). I also stated fish spoils all the time. So this part of her claim was denied. Her second claim was for a missing box or two of bath towels & rags. I told her our trucks are inventoried every night and prepped for the following day. So if there was a box of bath towels and rags found then I would have them delivered the following day. When we did our search we came up with no boxes. However In good faith I offered to meet Jean half way on the 170 dollars she was wanting to be reimbursed. Her next complaint was items were'nt placed per her specs, this to was address by offering to send 2 men the following day (free of charge) to rearrange all items she wished. This offer was declined but again wanted money back instead. Her accusation regarding the movers breaking into her home and stealing her car is nothing more than to paint a negative picture about this company because we did not give into her demand for money.
