Foley's overcharging Arlington Texas

I went to Foley's to purchase some men's dress pants for work. After trying them on (alone) I then went to find a salesperson to assist me. Mind you, the salespeople there (I believe) are paid on a commission basis so there should have been no problem. There were several standing around doing nothing. One of them asked me "can I help you" and then proceeded to ring me up.

Both pairs of pants were rung up at full price, even though they were on sale and had an additional discount that applied. I asked the saleslady about it because they were marked on sale. She argued with me and finally checked the prices after I got ready to leave. Afterwards she rang them up at the sale price, but did so grudgingly. (The sale price was $50 lower and I'm not going to pay full price for something on sale). I was very nice about the whole thing but this woman was rude and so were the rest of the other employees.
