I have tried in vain for almost 2 years to get a lien release from Ford Credit.  They have not responded with a lien release and are stopping me from selling my truck or registering it properly in my new residence in Florida (I am from and the truck is still registered in Louisiana).

It is now costing me $250 a month to garage a truck I cannot sell due to Ford's lack of sending this required paperwork.

So when you asked them why they haven't sent the release what did they tell you?

I mean in the last two years you have asked them why...right?
