foreclosure prevention impersonating a lawyer southfield,mich michigan

 my wife and i met with aka michael cooper in dec 2012 at his office.  

 he began to tell us he would stop our forclosuer process,

and start a class action lawsuit against Chase Bank,and have them prove

they were infact our lender.he then told us not to worry,that we would

be in our home for the next 3 years guaranteed.

he then called in his secretary and told to senda letter

to chase bank. he told us this was going to cost us 2,100.

we agreed,thinking he was going to help us

get modification loan. we gave mr. cooper 1,000 dollars cash.

another payment of 500.00 to be pd after christmas,then 600.00

in feb.we found out a few days later that he and his partner Cathy Hicks

are in partnership scamming poeple out of there money and have been busted

several times for this same reason.Unaware that these two people

are thieves my wife and I are out of 1,000 dollars of hard earned money

any HELP would be deeply appeciated.
