Through an internet ad  I was told that  I qualified for a free trial of Wrinkles Cream and Ayer. After reading all terms and conditions I believed this was truly a free trial

After paying for shipping my confirmation stated that I would have to pay for these products after 15 days

I immediately called saying that she would like to cancel. The customer representative said I had wait till the next day to do this. My order wasn't in the system yet.

When I called the next day I was told that I could see cancel and would have to return the products  pay shipping and handling and a $10 restocking fee for each item

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that this situation did not warrent a supervisors attention

I did not even know how much these products cost.

Foresight Media The advertisement for this product is totally misleading. I specifically tried to find any information anywhere that stated that at the end of the trial period I would be charged the retail value of the product, and that receiving the product would result in being sent a new supply monthly. The promotion states none of this information, and I looked for it, since I wouldn't have gone for the free trial otherwise. Newburgh New York

Foresight Media Ordered a 9.00 sample, recieved full sized items, charged almost 300.00. Sent product back per company instructions. They will not refund money! bank called also. Foresight wants bank to refund us the money and file an insurance claim so they can keep the money. When we call the company we get the run around of excuses. Foresight will not refund our money.
