My room mate had already gotten one of these "income execution" letters and paid off that debt completely! Now, today, she got another one?! It is for the SAME exact account too...Sears! They are double dipping here. She already contacted the lawyer that dealt with this before, so hopefully he will get back to her.

This will not be tolerated. Forster & Garbus are nothing but greedy, low down slobs, who need to be put out of business! They do not have the right to double dip here and I pray that this lawyer will take them for all they are worth!!
