Forster & Garbus follow up report Farmingdale New York

i recently filed a report against this company and want to update it. first of all i have gotten letters from a few collection agencies and it was determined i was a victim of fraud. in fact one company delivered the summons to my wife but the problem is i have no wife and no woman living at that address and they even gave the name of my supposed wife, hence it belonged to someone else. suffice to say i was able to work it out with them and they were helpful.

so i try to contact this law firm and all they ask me is if i am ready to make a payment. i tell them its not me at which they hang up on me repeatedly and finally transfer me to someone who is convenitntly on vacation for the month. i even submitted a letter in writing to request info about this as i know its not me.

i have submitted my name on a class action suit against this lawfirm so for those who are getting the run around by this company i urge you to join as well.
