We received 3 faxed fraudulent bills dated 4/22/2004 in the amount of $6000. along with 3 bogus credit applications. Waste of our time and money to verify info. Forsythe or whomever blocked any and all identifiers on the faxed paperwork as well as blocking their fax number from the Activity Report Detail. Bogus and fraudulent company.
