I recieved a fax from this company today asking me to fill out a credit application including bank information, and to pay an invoice for $6000 with a credit card. The bill-to that appears on the invoice is Kevin Batesman, 759787 Central Avenue, Collon, UT 43565.

Attemting to find a phone number for this company (none appears on the invoice) so that I could tell them they had faxed the wrong number, I found this site, advising me that it is an attempted rip off.
