Foto Connection Ripoff we know you purchased that item but Saturdays aren't purchase days Midwood New York

Ordered two cordless phones that were half the price of all competitors; placed order on a Saturday. Received confirmation.

Business calls my home on Tuesday and tells my wife they won't fulfill the order because the price is no longer valid and that it will cost me double the price advertised. Reason is because the order wasn't processed until Monday and the phones weren't available at that price on Monday even though we purchased on Saturday. No disclosures saying pricing is subject to change or item subject to availability.

When my wife pushed the rep on the phone, he said they didn't have to sell us anything if they didn't want to, told her to go give our business elsewhere and hung up on her.

She called back and got only busy signals; found a new number and got a different rep who promised to fulfill the order, but that it wouldn't go out until Wednesday, 8/2. We were sent a confirmation to that effect.

On Monday 7/31, they send an email cancelling our order; no explanation. Wife called again and they told her to take her business elsewhere and hung up.This company is the worst. Don't deal with them, ever.
