Four Seasons Sunrooms run-around on the phone; disinterested in the problems; Holbrook New York

My sunroom has been leaking for four years; the original contractor went broke and out of business, this forced me to deal with the supplier of the sunroom.  The orginal supplier, found out later, had retired and refused to come to deal with the problem.  Finally the Holbrook office gave me the name of the new contractor.  He did come and check out the problem and could not find it!!  Even though he supposedly knows how these things are put together.  And he charged me an arm and a leg-some warranty.  (Tongue firmly in cheek)  It is raining again today and again the floor of the sunroom is wet, the sheet rock is once again destroyed and my blood pressure is sky high.
