I ordered a postage meter from them in early April 2015. I was told it would arrive the following week. At the end of that week I phoned again saying I had not gotten my meter. I was told it would arrive next week. Early the third week I phoned again saying I had not gotten my meter. I was told it was on backorder and they would send it out when it came in. I told them I could not wait and asked them to cancel. They told me I could not cancel and they would send the meter when it came in. I told them again to cancel and said I would send the meter back if and whenever it came.

The day after Memorial Day in May 2015 I received a meter from them. I sent it back to them two days later unopened and they received it on June 7, 2015. When I received the first bill from them in June for $207 I called corporate. I talked to customer service twice. The first time they told me I needed to talk to Contract Services. They had no direct line for customer use, but they would email them and give them the message to call me. No one called. The second time they called them and gave them the same message to call me. No one called.

I called a third time. The robot menu had been changed. One was for Contract Services. I talked to Joe who said given the circumstances and since the machine has been returned, it should be no problem to cancel your account. On August 23, 2015 I received another bill from them for $207. I called Contract Services again and they said I needed to pay it. I told them the account was cancelled back in June. They said they would send me to the credit bureau. I told them I'm not paying for your lousy service.
