This company needs to be held responsible for the hundreds of people they have ripped off!!

My story starts with the classic "bait and switch" sales manuever. The salesman told me my meter would not continue to work unless I upgraded to a newer model. Being new to the office to help my husband with his small medical practice, I consented to the so-called upgrade for the equipment ONLY and it turned out to be a new 39 month contract, which I did not want nor was I informed of this, since the word contract was never even mentioned.  After I realized what had happened, I called to cancel within the so-called "3 month free trial period" and was literally yelled and cursed at by one of their employees.

To make matters worse, I thoroughly reviewed and audited our records with FP and come to find out they were also double billing us for an old meter we returned and didn't even have to the tune of $1,441.95!!!  Once I contacted them about this issue, my numerous calls were never returned because I was always sent to someone's voicemail.

I reported all of this to the BBB and they did nothing except closing the case due to being "unresolved".

I would like to file a small claims case against them to get our money back, but unless I go to Illinois and do it (as per their terms and conditons), we are out almost $1,500.  Oh, and by the way, has anyone ever read their customer service motto.....what a joke!!! They can't even abide by their own customer service and mission statement.

After all the reports I have read on several different websites, I now know I am not the only one this has happened to. It's obvious their MO is to screw people out of money and they need to be stopped! I have all the evidence and can prove my case, but I am only one person with no other options.

There is strength in numbers, if anyone else is willing to stand up against them and fight for what is right, I will go to Illinois. I also encourage the media and any class action attorney's to get involved and bust this company wide open in the name of justice for the hundreds of people they have ripped off!

Please speak up and stand up for your rights against this unethical, dishonest and malicious company including the rude and nasty people that work for them. This is NOT just my opinion, read their BBB reviews or google "FP Mailing Solutions Complaints" and read what others have wrote, I did.
