FragranceX - Fragrance X Was sold a fake, returned unopened, No Refund, Arrogant customer service, SCAM SCAM BE AWARE New York New York

This is the worst customer service I have EVER come accross in my life!

I was sold a FAKE item which I recognized straight away as a fake! I returned the products two months ago and still haven't been issued a refund. When I call them they are the slowest people to pick up the phone and when they do I am given a torrent of abuse and arrogance. 

I tried to email them too but

 
- They do not reply any of your e-mail,
- They do not send the fragrances eventhough they collect the money from your credit card,
- Somehow they have never and ever any tracking number,
- They are careless & arrogant,
- They are not able to provide proof of delivery even if you ask for it,
- support@fragrancex.com is totally useless e-mail,
- They always keep telling "please be patient and your order is on the way"

NEVER and EVER buy any product from FRAGRANCEX.COM
