F.R.C. And Danielle Craftt Good News! SCAM!!! Clearwater Florida

I received a yellow post card in the mail. On the front of the post card there was what looked to be a charicature of a rolled up newspaper shouting, "Good News." The back of the postcard looked as though it was hand written and said the following:
"Dear _______
We are trying to reach you with
Good News!
It is really important that you call us.
Call Toll Free 1-877-475-4024
CONTROL #----------
Thanks Danielle Craftt
Call 10 am to 8:30 pm EST.
Monday thru Friday"
I automatically went online to check out F.R.C. to see what it was. When I typed it in the google search window a F.R.C. 1381 popped up. Since 1381 was the address # on the front of the post card I selected it and it led me to a bunch of different links all saying that this was a SCAM. I noticed though that they changed the person giving the salutations and the last four digits of the phone number, but kept the same address, yellow post card and greeting.
