Fred Joseph is a thief,he wil ltake your money and run. If you have him do any bank or brokerage searches  he will always have an excuse for not getting you the information. He will continue to tell you it could still come back but it will not. I hired Fred to do a bank & brokerage and safety deposit box search he claimes to be an expert at theses searches. Now i already use a differnt company for these searches but thought his prices were very good so i gave him a try. My first mistake as a private investigator was not doing my due dilegence on him and his company. So fred told me  it would be 5 to 8 days for anything to come back. So i was quite surpriced when i got an email the next day with an attacment. The file was a comprehensive report on my subject and a statement that there was aBank Of America account. I called fred and said i do my own comprehensive reports and i need more proof there is a Bank Of America account due to this bank being the most popular bank nationwide and wanted to make sure he did not just pull that name out of his ---. He told me he could not.

I gave fred 2 more weeks to come up with the rest of the information that i paid him to do. He did not. At that time i rehired the company i have used in the past and with in 3 days i had 3 banks a brokerage account and there address. This company also verified what i alredy knew that there was no Bank of America account that fred said he found. At that time i asked fred to proof again what bank of america branch in seattle and address. he said he could not. So i nformed him about the other company i hired and what they were able to find and that i wanted my money back and if he would not refund my money i will dispute it with my bank. This is the extortion part. fred Joseph told me that if i did he would contact my subjects sense i gave him there information for the searchs so that my client a Law firm could go after there assets for the judgement they had on my subject's. I told fred that i would be  contacting the attorney General in his area and file a complaint he repeated he would call my subjects and inform them to hide there money because i found there information. IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY OR A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR IF YOU HERE THE NAME FRED JOSEPH ON THE OTHER LINE HANG UP AND THANK GOD YOU DID NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY.
