freecreditreport.com Triple advantage Unauthorized charges , Internet

We went to the freecreditreport.com site to get what we thought was free credit check reports.  Once we saw that there were charges associated with this, we cancelled out of the session.  Then some charges started appearing on our credit card; $14.95 a month.  We never authorized this service nor did we receive any reports or login information.  When I called about this they finally agreed to cancel the membership even though I told them we were never a member.  They indicated that the charges were non-refundable even after I told them we did not authorize this membership and recieved no services.  There is nothing free about freecreditreport.com.  You can go directly to any of the three reporting agencies to get reports.
