Freedom Lists Scam Email Company wilmington, Delaware

I bought a list from this company for $1000.  I was looking to grow our database and the price was very reasonable.  They started their pricing at almost $2500 but after much negotiation, we arrived at $1000 for a little less information than we originally needed.  The list arrived in about a week.  At least 25% of the list was worthless.

You can expect a certain percentage of emails to be no good when you are buying lists and they promised 85-90% would be good and they would make up the difference in new contacts. 

So we negotiated for more leads only after getting in writing that whatever percentage of bad leads we received would be given back to us in cash.  We paid $1400.  A whooping 57% of the leads were hard bounce immediately--the address does not exist or cannot be delivered for some reason.  This is an outrageous number of bad addresses.  Worse yet, there seems to be 20-25% which are soft bounce which cannot be delivered for some other reason.  It has now been 6 weeks since my first requests for the money back.  My emails at first were ignored then it was one excuse after another.  Now nothing.  They apparently don't care that this report is even being written because i told them I was going to.  I gave them several chances to respond but heard nothing.  There is no reason to do business with this company when there are dozens of others that will be responsive to you.  The dollar amount per name appears very inexpensive after you talk them way down, but it turns out to be the most expensive since the list has no real value at all.   JUST GO ELSEWHERE!
