I spent totally 3 hours on several phone calls to get authorization to return my defect (DOA) unit to Freedom Pop. In the first place the unit arrived 10 days later than promised. I was given untrue and incorrect information on several phone calls. After finally getting authorization to return the unit, it was a challenge to receive a refund. And in the end I did not get a full refund.

I wish someone had told me beforehand to avoid this company.

Freedom Pop Cell phone company signed me up for a low-cost service. I provided the phone. They jerked me around by added devices and service progerams in order for me to call. When I got tired of being run around (each time paying a fee) I told them to vlose account. They refused to unlock phone. They said I had to wait for 6 months. I did.
