Freedom Resource ripoff money, REFUND CHECK NOT SIGNED, Woodstock Georgia

I received a call from Freedom Resource and they promised to give me a credit card for $10,000 which was a good credit line for me being an internation student in the USA and the intial fee was told to be $22.50 However the amount deducted from my acoount was $225.0.

After that I called them some 20-30 times till they said they will send me a refund check which came after another 2 months and was NOT SIGNED..It bounced..SO i had to call again , They asked me to send that check back, which I did and they said they have already issued me a new one.Which obviously NEVER CAME..its been an year..their phone line doesnt work any more..I am really shocked and depressed, and being an international student I dont even know what to do..

This is a big loss..I can just about manage to pay for tution, that to with some loans..:(..
I really wish I get my money back..
