Freedom Subscription - UniGuard Membership Freedom subscription took 49.95 out of my account with a fake check Internet

I checked my account balance to find out that Freedom Subscription took out 49.95 from my account with a fake check.  I called the bank to report it and they told me that I would have to contact the company.  I called the company and explained to them that this was an unauthorized transaction.  The customer service rep told me that because I inquired about a payday loan it gave them the right to take my money.  I never finished filling out the payday loan application but they got my information anyway.  He told me that just by looking into the loan it gave them the right to take money out of my account.  Then he told me that another subscription was set to take 19.95 out of my account.  I canceled both subscriptions and he told me that they would refund my money and I would get it about Jan. 28th 2010.  I don't know if they will actually refund my money but after reading some of the reports on here I seriously doubt it.  I do plan on calling them everyday after that date until I get my money back but what else can I do?  These companies need to be stopped.
