Freedom Subscription - UniGuard Membership Uniguard Unauthorized debit from checking account Internet

I am another victim of www.freedomcs.com and UniGuard.  I was first debited $49.95 after applying for a payday loan.  When filling out the application, I CAREFULLY selected NO to all other offers.  Somehow they accessed my checking account info. and submitted a check to them from me to my bank.   A few days later UniGuard debited my account for $19.95.

Contacted my bank, they were very helpful.  Helped me with dispute process and am now waiting for results.   They told me how to find the proper dispute forms, where to fax them, and coached me through.

I have warned them of future unauthorized debits and given them a list of the only entities authorized to debit from my account.
