I wanted to repair my credit so I decided that I'd need a "snap shot" of my debt. 

Freescore.com offered this 30 day free trial so I thought "Perfect".  They were pleasent enough on the phone, but I had some issues with my addresses over the years and needed to call to verify my identity.  Not a big deal.  I called, verified, they sent an email thanking me, then I saw my report as promised.

Fast forward 3 weeks ... I called and cancelled under the "Free Trial" ... or so I thought ...  And life was pretty uneventful until today ... Sure, I got some emails but figured it was spam ...

Apparently, I am still a member ... I called to check the status of my membership and I was still active ...

What really hacks me off is they say that I did not call because they don't have a recording of me canceling.  I asked if they have a recording of my call in to verify my stats ... Of course they don't have record of that either.  But I have an email:

Dear ANDREW,
Thank you for calling and completing the identity verification process with one of our customer service representatives. You may now view your credit benefits by logging onto your FreeScore membership. If you have any problems, please contact any of our customer service representatives at 1-866-344-9063 for assistance Monday - Thursday 8am - Midnight Eastern Time or Friday - Sunday 8am - 8pm Eastern Time.

That email states that a call was made ... they don't have a recording of it so I am guessing that this conversation never happened either ... just sayin'

I am going to pull my phone records and sue the fire out of them ... just sayin'
