If you do not cancel within your trial period, your membership continues at the $12.97 monthly subscription fee our members pay to access our online savings benefits. Information regarding the 7-day free trial and the membership fee thereafter is stated on the sign up page, directly above where users enter their credit card information. It is also in our terms of use, which must be agreed to before completing the sign up process, and in the welcome email each new member recieves after joining.

All of our members are subject to the $12.97 monthly fee, charged to the same credit card information that's voluntarily inserted at sign up. Only members who complete the sign up process and give us permission to charge their card are billed the monthly fee. We do not obtain credit card information any other way. 

You may log into your account at any time and cancel on your own terms. You can do this by clicking the "help" tab on your homepage. There, you can select the option "cancel membership" and finalize your request. You can also cancel by contacting our customer service phone number or email.
