We entered into an agreement for a loan modification with Foreclosure defense law center with three payments, one each month starting in July 2009 fora total of $1,800.00. We then gave them the papers the bank asked for.   Then we waited for nearly 9 months then for what ever reason we were transfered to Friedland law center with Laverne Wallace the person that would be handling our file. Then she asked for all the same papers that were sent in nine months ago. So not to make any trouble i sent all the papers she requested. It was made clear that HSBC bank would not move any further unless a liability release form was signed by my sons exwife signed that form.     This loan modification is in my sons name Jason Siragusa, however i, Jasons father, Robert Siragusa paid for this loan modification in hopes to get his exwife off the mortgage as per the divorce agreement.
