Fry's Electronics A case of forgery - plain and simple cheating Fremont California

 I bought a Samsung 55 " television from Gry's Electronics store #21 @ Fremont yesterday and picked it up at around 9 pm PST. Once I got home and opened the Box - I found that the TV did not have right packaging or even the necessary parts - I was so surprise to see it ! It looked like someone had packed a used TV and just sold it to me without me knowing it ! I put it back in the box as I could not fit the stand (due to missing screws) or even try it ! I did not realize that a store like Fry's electronics would rip people off like this - saying they sell something and actually putting something else in the box. It's plain and simple case of forgery ! It never occurred to me to open the box at the store and check in front of the sales rep as I always trusted that a store of this stature would not be betraying its customers and stealing from them ! I put the TV back in the box and will take it back to the store when they reopen the following day - let's see how they react or behave ! This looks like a deliberate fraud.
