in this wk's advertisment they advertis a ge washer for 399.00 total 527.40 free del withn 20miles from store del fee after i got home and went over the paperwork i saw they charged me 69.99when i went back to the store and complianed i pointed out that i onley lived 12 miles from the store in fremont i was told that i lived in silcon valley ' that's 30 miles away from thier store it say's in the add freedel if it's local

Ok, i might be misunderstanding some of this because its kind of hard to ready what you wrote here.
It sounds to me like you went to a store that was further away from your house instead of the closer store, would that be correct? If it is then the add wasn't misleading because you went to a store that wasn't in your "local market", that would make the delivery charge make sense.
If you did go to the store that was only 12 miles from you i would go back and try to get a store manager, otherwise check to make sure that the add you had seen wasn't off of an old recording, i know i've done that before and had myself thinking that a sale that was a week over was just starting.
