I was delighted to see an ad for a Presario 1.2 GHz with DVD and CD-RW for 1049 after rebates.

I used the link to purchase it, and found that it was a Toshiba with only DVD, only 13 inch screen, less hard drive, less power, etc, for 1049.

When I communicated to Outpost they made me go thru all kinds of hoops to prove to them that I had the ad. Then they said "The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite, we apologize for the error".

They missed the point. The Toshiba only came up after selecting a Presario.

They advertise great customer service. I guess this is only for certain select items.
