After having reviewed this matter more fully with the individuals listed and their business, Full Throttle Georgia, I am fully satisfied with the service I received and the resolution of this matter. 

I would like to take this post down, but am unable to do so due to Rip Off Report's policies.  Therefore, I would like to apologize for this post being present as it is not reflective on how this matter was handled or resolved.

Edie Lvov purchased a boat that was under consignment, and was a 1998 model sold ''AS IS'' Edie and her brother inspected the boat numerous times, brother claim to be a mechanic. The first thing she did when she came was open the engine compartment and claim she has mechanical knowledge and everything looks good. They test drove the boat for over an hour and were satisfied. they wanted the boat and went further with the sale process and purchased the boat for which she had gotten a loan for. After getting the loan she was served with divorce papers from a third marriage and realized that her ex husband is going to take interest in half the boat, she is now trying to save herself from that. We ran into Edie at the lake one day and she was having a lot of trouble backing the trailer in and there were people trying to help her get the boat on the trailer. We stopped and helped back the trailer and put the boat on for her.

She was thankful and very happy and said she had a great Saturday. She has been using the boat and never complained and now accusing us of a scam and wants her money back? This is unheard of. While waiting at the bank to cash the check Eddie kept on going on and on about how her ex husband is this and that, and how she can't wait to sue him and his girlfriend for ruining her life, and kept repeating all the nasty things the ex husband and the girlfriend called her, right then and there i realized that we have a lunatic on our hands. 'Don't blame others for your personal problems, that is not good parenting." Eddie we have asked you several times to bring the boat in so we can take a look at it. You keep claiming that your motor has a crack and has been patched to cover it up. You keep requesting some kind of refund but you never came in for us to look at the boat. We had no knowledge of the crack you are claiming.

Never seen it just like you and your brother never did during the inspection and the test drive of the boat prior to your purchase. The boat was on consignment and had no issues. We never take advantage of anyone under any circumstances. We have sold many boats and never had any problems. Even so if the engine is patched, we have seen many boats with patches that owners claim have been using for years and they operate and performe with no problems just like your boat, we know it has no issues because we see you on the lake. We know the only reason you want to return the boat is because you were served with divorce papers. That's a personal problem and has nothing to do with the boat we sold. You need to stop this nonsense and remove these reviews and most definitely take my personal number out of it. That is bad parenting. Enjoy your boat and stop complaining as it does operate 100%
