I've been playing at Full Tilt for almost three years. I used to get checks in a timely manner. Since last summer, my requests for checks have been met with stall tactics. Another issue, this site is not random. The big stacks win many more hands than the odds predict (I suspect to hurry games along).

My advice, don't play there. Since offshore gambling is unregulated, you have no recourse.
