I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that in typical Full of it Homes fashion that the homes they sold to a RENTAL COMPANY in their current communities have fallen in total disrepair and have become the biggest eyesore in each of these communities? How typical for Valerie and Richard Fuller and their corrupt company! They don't care how the new communities look or what problems may develop from these trashy houses that they couldn't sell.

That's right people. Some of these homes sat for 2 years or more and Full of it Homes couldn't sell them. So the solution to Val and her partner in crime Richard was to sell them to a company that rents them! Rents them in new communities. Now the homes look horrible and are unoccupied. How typical of Fuller. The hell with the neighborhood philosophy of theirs.

Try driving to Burleson's Creekside community and look at those houses. Take Alsbury west to Summercrest and turn right. Take the 1st left and then the first left again. You'll notice the homes right away believe me. It is the same in all the communities. Hell they had to do this to 25 unsold homes. He's going broke people and taking every community with him.

Do all of us a favor. Don't buy one. When you do all you do is support his drug habits and his prostitution binges.

Fuller Homes sucks!

Home in Moore, OK, also in Disrepair

AUTHOR: Home Owner - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 25, 2002

There is a Fuller Home in Briarwood in Moore OK, on Almond St. that is like that...weeds all grown up, abandoned looking. It's for sale and the website the realtor has shows a photo of a SIMILAR home but not that one, all neat and clean in the fake picture of course. It is selling for something around $120,000 or $130,000 but in the Cleveland county assessor records the house is appraised at only $67,000!!!

This is not just for the land. Fuller is paying taxes on it as if it's a $67,000 house, which it probably IS, given the quality and customer service...but some sucker will probably pay twice that, with no idea what faults lie covered up, or if this house was really previously unoccupied, etc.

The county records say it was built in 1999 but the realtor site says 2000. With other builder's new homes going up left and right, and selling like hotcakes, there sits Fuller's homes, abandoned and overgrown.

Here's an example of how they do just that!

I firmly agree with the above comment. I feel that Richard and his corrupt sibling Valerie did just that when they changed the name of their Texas operations from "Richard Fuller Homes, Texas L.L.C. to "Fuller Homes".

I know he is being sued on a regular basis and is probably trying to protect his New Mexico operations from settlements. That is probably one way of doing just that.

This man, his wife, drug addict children, and corrupt sister take great joy out of screwing everyone and anyone. If you buy a house from them you are guaranteed to make the biggest mistake of your life.

On a footnote..... In the Ft. Worth Star Telegram Wednesday editions Full of it Homes is running an add which is an insert/cover to the classified section. In it they highlight their 3 communities. The 3 they have had for 3 years and can't sell out of! I think it's ironic that they mention in the North Ft. Worth community highlight that they have only "16 lots left, hurry". These are the same 16 lots they have had for the past 9 months and beyond. They'll never sell or they will have to give them away.

Also.... in their Oakmont Meadows Community in Southwest Ft. Worth near Hulen Street. That one will never sell out. Why? That's where the new State Freeway 121 expansion will run through. It will run right behind the houses on Stockton and continue on Southwest behind Stockton where it turns due south. That construction will take 10 YEARS! Who wants to live through that in their back yard?

Castle Hills community Burleson. A total wreck. Been open 3 years not sold many homes. Lots dirty and grown up. Streets dirty, and a useless Home Owners Association that is tied to Richard that costs around $250 per year. What a rip-off cause the community looks like crap.

Perhaps they are ..Moving assets around, hiding assets, cooking the books

I have seen that some builders offer their own financing, sometimes borderline loan fraud, for "Rent To Own" deals. Since Fuller's sister Valerie either ran/owned a mortgage co, Newcastle, and may still be involved with it, that is an even bigger sign that this company is trapping people in their defective homes, with probably equally defective mortgages or rent to own agreements.

Recall, too, that one of the people with a very seriously defective home who has a complaint on this site about Fuller, said that he had been disciplined by HUD now, and is not SUPPOSED TO BE selling to any FHA buyers.

I don't believe for a second that builders like this don't find a loophole to get around or thru such sanctions.

If anyone living there where these rentals are depreciating their neighborhoods cared to, they might do some research with the county assessor or county registrar of deeds, and try to find out who's really behind this rental thing.

Could be Fuller sold them to one of his other companies...another trick of corrupt corporations. Moving assets around, hiding assets, cooking the books..it's quite popular.
