Fun Times Travel Express Network Travel Failed to refund Philadelphia Pennsylvania

 Attended travel presentation in Hanover, Maryland, from Express Network.  Sent certificate with money orders.  You must use money orders so that you can't file a dispute with your credit card.  We were not able to travel because of my husband's health (cancer), and Fun Times refused to refund our money.

Every company that does business in MD is required to provide a Resident Agent to accept service of lawsuits in MD.  There is no resident agent for Fun Times Travel, nor is there a resident agent listed with the PA Dept. 

I filed a small claims suit in MD and Fun Times has refused all certified mail making it impossible to serve them and get mu day in court.

DO NOT ATTEND any travel presentations with Express Network.  Fun Times apparently became incorporated just last year when it's likely they changed to a different name to avoid lawsuits.  When you send your send payment, you will find it impossible to book air travel since the requirements will be impossible to meet.  I know you will never be able to redeem your travel.
