Funtonia 1 cent ringtones for 1 year subscription! A RIPOFF SCAM! Internet

I'm a victim of one of the latest online Scams. A ringtone company who catches the attention of every webbie with a cell phone. Ringtones for 1 cents each for 1 year! You think to yourself, "Now this is great!" All the latest ringtones from the musicians you love for such a low price and it's also easy as a text message to your phone. LIES! I was charged $23.88 immediately after registering.

Then for hours I tried getting my ringtones, and waiting on text messages, that never came. I contacted the company by their only means available, only to receive a suspicious email from a support team member by the name Abigail who was unsuccessful in helping me at all or even able to answer any questions I had regarding the issue.

I then became frustrated and demanded a full refund, explaining to them in an email that I was unable to use their services from the time of purchase and was overcharged as well. Only just today did I find all these different reports on the same issue as my own. The similarity in the reports of all who are involved was appalling to me. I hope that whoever is behind this scam is caught soon.

This seems to be festering into a major problem. I want to do my utmost to put a stop to this senselessness. If everyone steps up and sticks together, we can put this to an end for good! I have as of today filed a complaint with the BBB.
