I made the big mistake of furnishing my whole house using this store. All of the furniture was damaged one way or another. The assembly on some of the furniture was not done correctly, if even done at all, leaving it very unsafe. When I called to complain about the problems, the "store manager" (Carmen C.) was very rude, screaming and arguing with me on the phone because I was calling to complain about problems with the furniture. Pieces were missing on some of the furniture. I was told that they would let me know when the additional pieces would arrive but would not give me a definite date. I had to call my credit card company to stop payment and only then did I get a definite date for delivery of the missing parts.
I also bought a bunk bed for my children. The top bed is not attached (with screws/bolts) to the bottom bed at all, it is just laying on top and moves by just pushing it or even from my son moving while laying in bed. Again, I was told by the store staff/manager that that is how the bunk bed is supposed to be and that it does not go attached (with screws/bolts) to anything. This did not seem right to me as it was a bed made for children and it did not make sense that the top bed would just be laying on top with nothing attaching it together with the bottom pieces. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer directly and was notified that the top bed is (and should be) attached to the bottom pieces with bolts. Once again, after contacting the store with the instruction sheet at hand (sent to me by the manufacturer directly), only then was I able to get the correct answer that the top bed should be attached with bolts to the bottom bed. I am, however, after two months already, still waiting for the bunk bed to be assembled correctly.
Again, horrible experience with the furniture, customer service especially by "store manager" (Carmen C.), and assembly of furniture. This store is the true definition of Ripoff!

The Anonymous Customer's Name is Ivette, why she listed herself as anonymous is because her claims are bogus and false. Ivette is one of the customers we bent over backwards for and did not receive one bit of gratitude from. ALL of her furniture was delivered and every piece was checked and signed for by Ivette that it was received in good condition and comments were even made on our optional survey that the drivers did a great job!! As for the store manager Carmen being rude... We receive thank you calls, letters, and have even received bouquets of flowers one real and one silk that a customer made by hand for him to thank him for the great service!! Although we try to make EVERY customer 100% happy no matter the size of the purchase some people can not be pleased. We rest assured that we did EVERYTHING we could to make Ivette's experience pleasurable from giving her the best price even after she made the original order and returned numerous times before paying in full to try and get a lower and lower price. Our price on her merchandise could not be beat and our service to deliver at the exact date and time of her request was met perfectly. We NEVER want a customer to EVER leave our store with any negative feelings at all!! We are a total referral based business and we have a large customer base that will swear by our price, professionalism, and customer service 100%!! We regret Ivette feels like this but all we can do is focus on treating every customer the very best we know how.
